Como vocês garantem que os sapatinhos enviados serão os mesmos devolvidos?
Nós temos um rígido controle de identificação dos sapatinhos recebidos, cadastrando-os individualmente assim que recebemos.
Cada sapatinho recebe um número de identificação, juntamente com uma ficha própria, com o tipo, tamanho, nome da mãe, endereço, telefone.
